1.at first check ur keyboard so that u can ansure ur keyboard is in good condition.
2.Check ur ps2 port is working fine........
most of this type of case it makes problem only for the ps2 port......
or u can remove ur keyboard from ur pc and plug it anyone's pc to check that its really working or not.............
3.this is simply for happened for the trojan...........
